Unsere Mission für dich
Help shape the future of energy in Austria with us!
Do you want to help shape the energy market and leave a real mark on Europe's energy transition? As Country Lead Austria, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our presence and making trawa the leader in the European market. You’ll be the first person on the ground in Austria: building operations from scratch, acting as our primary representative towards all stakeholders, and laying the foundation for our local team and go-to-market.
You will work directly with the founding team and other C-Level, earning a high level of trust, short decision paths, and all the resources you need to take trawa's Austrian presence to the next level. You will have the opportunity to shape strategy, organisation, and culture early on.
And by doing all of that, you’ll be part of something bigger: we enable mid-sized companies to manage their energy consumption in a transparent, sustainable, and economically sound way – with intelligent technology and real impact. Our goal: the decarbonisation of entire industries and securing competitiveness in global markets.
As Country Lead you will be working on the following initiatives:
- In your first months, you will develop a deep understanding of the Austrian energy market, build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, and ideally close the first lighthouse customers.
- You will design and execute a market-specific sales strategy to win the Austrian market and establish trawa as the widely accepted industry solution.
- You’ll scale your own commercial and operative team on the ground, mentoring new team members (both generalists as well as sales) and fostering a culture of continuous learning and ownership.
- You take full end-to-end responsibility for the Austrian market – opening a local office in Vienna, owning revenue and profitability, setting ambitious targets, and ensuring financial sustainability.
- You will align closely with our leadership and other European Country Leads to follow, sharing progress, market insights, local specificities, and best practices to continuously sharpen our European playbook.
